Definitions:
"The Management" is "Karisma Ladies Centre" management, any of its delegates, or representatives.
"Karisma Lady"is the holder of "Karisma Ladies Centre" membership, who is entitled to all membership attributes described hereinafter.
"Terms and Conditions of Membership" are all the terms described hereinafter, that define the membership attributes, use of sections of the centre and facilities that's available to members, and their interrelation with "The Management". |

- "Karisma Lady" is entitled to acquire her membership card, after her application approval by "The Management", and a complete payment of the membership fees, according to the membership duration. Thereafter, the membership shall be renewed as per both parties consent.
- "Karisma Lady" is welcomed in all sections of the centre, to avail herself of all facilities, during working hours.
- "Karisma Lady", according to her membership type, shall enjoy the luxurious services and superior treatment in all sections, as long as she reserves her selected service time in advance e.g. 48 hrs., in order to secure receiving her required services or practicing her desired activities in a timely manner and suitably.Thereto, she or any of the companions are allowed to be accompanied by children provided that non male of the children is older than 12 years, as it is strictly prohibited to allow males of such age and above in the centre or any of its section.
- "Karisma Lady" shall have a private safe to lock in her belongings, such as dresser, jewellery, and similar items, and to retain its key over the term of her visit, provided that she completely clear it out and deliver the key to reception up on checking out, as "The Management" will not tolerate any responsibilities, in case of lost or damages of any such personal belongings, whatsoever.
- "Karisma Lady" is entitled to be accompanied by non-members guests, and they will be allowed to use all available facilities of the centre against various fees/prices that are listed in services menu, however, in all cases, they must comply to all terms and conditions that are applied on members, provided that "Karisma Lady" is committed to settle all dues resulted by her guest use of different sections services, in case of unsettlement.
- “Karisma Lady”, only holder of annual and biannual membership, shall enjoy solely, excluding her companions, a credit facility on her purchases of goods or accessories from different sections where conditions are to be set, specified, and agreed upon in advance, as "The Management" has full authority to determine the limits of the credit facility, according to its own standards and discretion, exclusively.
- "Karisma Lady" declares that, she is safe and free of physical and psychological harmful illnesses, and she bears no diseases that could be infectious to her or to anybody around, and that she solely caries the responsibilities of this declaration in case of any occurrence of an infection or an effect on herself or anybody around. As well, she will act in accordance with safety precautions applied in all different sections, and relevant directions by the center's qualified trainers and service attendants, whereas "The Management" will not be held responsible of any accidents or injuries that caused by such regulations breach.
- "Karisma Lady", only holder of the annual membership, is entitled to cancel her membership, should she choose to, provided that she informs "The Management", in writing within, not more than, (21) twenty one days of the date of her membership commencement, and to support her wish to terminate the membership, with a solid and rational cause, which existed as a consequence of deficient or unfulfilled service performance by "The Management" or anyone of its employees. Therefore, she will be permitted to reimburse her membership fees partially, as a part of the paid amount to be deducted as administrational expenses, whereas "The Management" will determine the amount of deduction, according to each case solely. Contrariwise, upon completion of (21) twenty one days, membership termination, transfer, or fees reimbursement is NOT permitted.
- "Karisma Lady", by signing this membership application and the terms herein, declares that, all given information and personal details are accurate and to the best of her knowledge, and that she has acquainted, understood, and accepted all "The Membership Terms" and relevant regulations, and to comply with them unconditionally, and to bear full responsibility of consequences solely, in case of breach to any terms.
- "The Management" reserves the right to decline, cease, terminate, or disapprove membership renewal, with no opposition, regardless of timing, according to its own discretion, standards, and the centre and its member's interest in general. Therein, "The Management" will not be obligated to declare causes, or hold responsibilities of whatever consequences of such procedures, though keeping into consideration, reimbursement of a part of the paid membership fees, where "The Management" is to determine its amount solely, according to each case.
- "The Management" reserves the right to revise, amend, add, or cease a part of, or all of the membership terms, in all circumstances and intervals, without external conferment or consent, thereat in such event, the latest terms have to be promptly forceful.
- Further to clause 10 of the terms and conditions, "The Management" reserves the right, in all cases, to approve or disapprove a new application or renewal of an existing membership, where it should be well understood that the membership can not, under no circumstances, be ceased, postponed, or used by a third party.
- Membership is considered to be effective upon application and receipt of the fees payment, and expires at the determined date, regardless of benefit or use of the available membership services and facilities.
- "Karisma Lady" shall, in all cases, be complied to relate with the centre employees in a decently acceptable manner, while in cases of any sort of dispute, she is entitled to approach and complain to "The Management" directly.
- "Karisma Lady" is requested to stick to her reservation timing that have been arranged and agreed upon. "The Management" is entitled to regretfully cancel any of these reservations in case of delays that exceed 5 minutes, as delays do affect all other member's reservations timing.
- "Karisma Lady" is allowed, exclusively, to use the swimming pool, sauna and the steam rooms, while companions are allowed to participate in aerobics sessions, swimming and water sports after application and fees payment.
- "The Management" is entitled to organize various events/functions throughout the year, and to invite male or female individuals of the media bodies. All members will be informed prior to such an event and of its date, where all reservations would be postponed to suitable and agreeable, by both "The Management" and members, new date.
- "The Management" is entitled to perform periodical or necessary maintenance works in the centre, on certain date/s. Members may be informed and requested not to visit the centre on those dates if such cases are unavoidable.
- "The Management" provides a sufficient number of lockers for members to safeguard their personal belongings, where those lockers are of the centre's properties. Members, who wish to use a locker during their visit, are asked to leave an identity card (driver license, labour card, etc.) with the reception that will be returned upon delivering back the locker key. In case of key loss, the member is requested to pay AED 100 (the key value), and thereby "The Management" is entitled to open and empty the locker.
- Use of cameras, mobile phones cameras, video cameras or any of such devices, is strictly prohibited within "Karisma Ladies Centre". In case of any breach to this rule, "The Management" reserves the right to seize the used device in order to erase any such snapshots or videos.
